Tomy Releasing Path of the Ninja 2 This Month

On October 15th, Tomy will release the second installment of Naruto: Path of the Ninja series, called Path of the Ninja 2. Path of the Ninja 2 is actually the third installment of the Naruto RPG series in Japan, Reijuu vs. Konoha Shoutai, released in 2006. The first Naruto RPG was released for the Gameboy Advance as Uketsugareshi Hi no Ishi, which was released as a port for the Nintendo DS in North America as Path of the Ninja.

PotN 2/RPG 3: Reijuu vs. Konoha Shoutai has a storyline that’s exclusive to the game, and also has WiFi capabilities so players can fight with their friends (it’s also compatible with the Japanese version of RPG 3 for import owners–*hint hint*). It’s a shame though that we won’t get to play RPG 2: Chidori vs. Rasengan.
