I come across this scan of the cover for the latest issue of Gundam Ace magazine (via SRW News) of a few characters: new faces from the upcoming Gundam Unicorn OVA, and an old one. The old one in question looks very familiar: he looks a lot like Bright Noa, but with a beard…

I couldn’t help but go “WTF?!” when I saw this. So… does he make an appearance in Unicorn*, or is it a lookalike? (Thanks, Puru’s clone in ZZ Gundam). Could it be his father, since it seems like we’ve seen just about everyone’s parents throughout the UC series. Or it could have something to do with Hathaway’s Flash (that North American publishers, namely Bandai, are taking their time releasing…), though it appears he only has a mustache…

*Mild Spoilers:
According to Wikipedia (before Bright’s very own page got fanboy’d), the Gundam Unicorn novel does mention him still a part of Londo Bell as a Captain (at the end of Char’s Counterattack)…
