Aniblogging 101 @ JAMPcon

2010-05-17_00001

Let’s see… I’ve taught people the way of the ガンダム (or “Gundam” for the Unicode-less). What’s next? A panel at an Anime convention on Aniblogging? Yup. Promoting my blog offline, I was asked on how I’ve come this far (and getting awesome stuff in the meantime). I will now share my secrets with everyone in the form of a panel.

I promise you (and no offense to anyone) that this will not be a seminar panel on “how to get rich quick”, “make money fast”, or “getting to the top” from search engines. Just an introduction on starting a secondary hobby about a hobby you’re already obsessed with… and joining hundreds of other Anime bloggers that are in the running to be the next big thing. :p

Next weekend, I will be running the “Aniblogging 101″ panel at JAMPcon in Chattanooga, TN. Running this panel will also be the first time I’ve volunteered for an Anime convention… In exchange of showing others who to Aniblog, I guess I’ll get a behind-the-scenes of what it’s like working for an Anime convention. ^_^

JAMPcon is being held May 21st through the 23rd at the Chattanooga Convention Center. At-the door ticket prices are as follows: 3-days for $40, 2-days for $30 and 1-day for $15. The panel is set to begin at 2:00 PM on Friday. See you there!
