AniBroad: Release Notes and Known Issues

Welcome to the AniBroad support page. This page is to be used when there is a new version of AniBroad uploaded to the website. This can be also a reference page for when there are known issues and the status of the fix.

Important: Since this is a pre-public beta, sign ups are very limited. To request a password to create an account on AniBroad, fill out the comment form below. Any requests made in this post will be ignored.

0.9: Let’s do it! Final development phase!

New Features:
-Added password and email update pages.

Version 1.0

1.0: Soft launch! First (pre-)public release of AniBroad! (Current Episode)

Key Features
-Submit your Anime, Otaku, or Japan related blog to the directory for everyone to see!
-Once blog is approved, a blog can be edited or removed from the directory.

New Features
-Enabled submissions of blogs with approval queues.
-Fixed possible security breach with deleting blogs by other users.

Known Issues
-Important: Registration limited to due test phase. You can request a username and password to access the registration page using the contact form below (you will receive the code automatically if you use a valid email address). After receiving the code, you can register using your own information. You do not need to use the information again since you will have your on login account!
-Stays logged on until browser is closed. (searching for those cookies)
-Direct support required for updating Blog and Feed URLs. (due to possible security breaches by spammers)
-(Updated: 6/25/10) Page may appear out of place using other browsers other than Firefox
-(Updated: 6/25/10) Categories are yet to be functional

Version 1.0.1

Fixes:
-Fixed where submissions can be accepted with ease. This eliminates having to request a password and an account can be made immediately.
