There’s Gundam Unicorn. It’s a 6-part OVA series, taking place in the UC era! Part 1 is out already on Blu-ray and on the Playstation Network as a rental (much cheaper than buying the Blu-ray), and Part 2 is coming out in November. The animation is on the same level as 00, but the character designs is a throwback to the classic series, which isn’t too bad.

Although it’s going to take a while to explain the entire story since it seems it’s going to be another couple of years, being an OVA series, until we see the conclusion…

do u kno if they r gunna make another gundam series i kno theres a movie comming out but i would rather hav a new series especially at the animation level gundam 00 was in one word “sick”

yes its very cool in the technology area lots of cool weapons like gundams but each has its own specialized details makes it very cool

I’ve seen a few episodes of Code Geass, but haven’t gotten too into yet. I need to watch it though. I heard it’s a great show too. They say it’s like a cross between Gundam and Death Note.

nope i havent seen gundam wing or G only the latest one 00 which i thought was really cool and no i dont mind japanese dub but i do prefer english audio On an unrelated note i also have seen the code geass seasons tht is a really good show too have u seen it?

Hi! Yes, I highly recommend watching the original Mobile Suit Gundam series from 1979! After that there’s Zeta and Double Zeta (ZZ), in that order, and both are sequels to the first one. You can find Zeta Gundam on DVD and the first series too but as a movie trilogy set. Bandai hasn’t re-released the original TV version, but the movies make more sense if you do not like fillers and improved animation. I should also note that the movie trilogies are Japanese dub only with English subtitles. A heads up if you like English dubs only.

If you look at part 3 of this, you should check out Char’s Counterattack, it’s in the same universe as 0079, Zeta and Double Zeta. But that’s for Universal Century (which I absolutely adore! XD). Have you watched Gundam Wing or G Gundam? They take place in alternate universes from the UC timeline, so there’s no worry about which order to watch them in. ^_^

thanks man good article i myself have only seen the 00 series do u recommend me watching the other series (because i hear they all build off of each other) if u do recommend it what order should i watch them in? thanks
