“I’m sorry, I want experience points.”

I was in this party with a player that didn’t speak good English. He spoke German. The leader of the party spoke English, but he got disconnected 30 minutes into the grouping. The leader was now the Naked German Black Mage Hume (“Naked” as in no armor except his weapon, and no offense to Germans). The only things he were able to say were “Fight” and “Yes.” The BLM pulled the monsters until we could get him to understand he was the party leader now. He finally invited my friend, Tetsushi, after several minutes. He pulled again, this time I died and lost 500 exp…

He understood there are missing people in the group, so he got around to inviting more to fill in the missing spaces. After a few gobs, the last monster he pulled killed him and he went back to the home point. On his way back to the camp (which was by the Snippers), he died 5 times. While he was struggling to find his way back, everyone who was there talked in /say mode to reform the party without him. We all felt bad for abandoning him, but we did the right thing.

Anyway, I’m level 16 now, with 2800 tnl. I can’t wait to leave Valkurm and go to Qufim. I’m thinking on leveling up Summoner again after getting White Mage to 20. The last time I played with SMN, some Tarutaru Monk player thought I was a WHM…
