@Aoki-sama: Agreed: I would definitely like to see more events like that. I would feel more conformable playing with people I can see, or at least hear.

This is why I hate playing FPS Online... Tried out with some P2P connection games like gunz or wolfteam and with P2P throttled ISP =) Result: Bored within 1 month. We need more LAN party or like events or some kind of place where we can bring along our PC and hooked up for LAN party. Check out Aoki-sama´s recent blog post: The Secret - Part 2
