No Wonder Yotsuba&! is Hard to Find…

For those who are fans of Kiyohiko Azuma’s works, including “Yotsuba&!”, will be happy to know that Yotsuba&! is the runner-up for the Cybil Award for “Best Children’s Literacy”. So, not just people on the *Chan sites love Yotsuba&! Now it’s going to be harder to find. It’s hard enough as it is. I’ve been looking for the fifth volume of Yotsuba&! Graphic Novel for a few months. Whenever I go into Books-A-Million, I see the volumes I’ve read already–and it’s always one copy left! If the Waldenbooks stores in Southeast Tennessee were still open, there could have been a better chance to find it. I’ll just have to order it for in-store delivery…

  • It sucks that more people will know about Yotsuba. She will become a novelty character or something. I like her current uhm…popularity status(?) – meaning, not that many people know her.

But then again, it’ll be a shame if Azuma won’t get the recognition he deserves as a mangaka..
