For those who have been seeing odd things on the blog lately can now rest easy. Since I relaunched the blog a couple of weeks ago, I’ve been doing alot of cosmetic changes, like the new e-mail subscription form and the removal of the BlogRush widget (Finally!). Some words are different. Some images are different. As I promised, a new contact form has been added! It’s been online for sometime now, but I thought I bring that to attention. Now you can submit Blogroll requests and such. I also updated the Comment Policy, reflecting the “U Follow/I Follow” efforts. Now websites left in comments will be free for search engine spiders to crawl.

Speaking of different images…For those who keep seeing a picture of Sakura saying “OMG YOU’RE HOTLINKING?!”–I apologize for the inconvenience. I noticed a few occurrences of hotlinking from my site back to theirs. It seems that people thought this was ImageShack. While I was linking to my images on trusted sites, like FeedBurner, the picture was showing up on this site, though I put FeedBurner in the .htaccess file… This didn’t work the way I want it to, so I removed the warning picture, and simply deleted or moved the images. Now that I have gotten the attention of the thieves wondering where the picture went, please remove the direct link to the image! Save the picture and upload it to sites like ImageShack or PhotoBucket, and please give credit…Direct hotlinking to my images puts stress on the server load and it would save me money from paying unnecessary bandwidth costs. /cry
