Preparations for JAMPcon 2010 is officially underway. A form for E/Snail mail pre-registration is now available. A registration form for Artist Alley is also online. I went to the first ever meeting of the temporarily named “Books-A-Million Anime/Manga Club Extravaganza” at the aforementioned store this weekend. When I first came to Chattanooga, I was faced with the dilemma of going to an convention 2 hours away from the city (Middle Tennessee Anime Convention and Anime Weekend Atlanta) as there were no local conventions. When I lived in Chicago, it was easy attending Anime Central without the long(er) drives.
