Wrath of the Warcraft Otaku: A New WotLK Blog

After 6 months of absence–and a debate on whether I should playing Warhammer Online instead–I’m returning to the World of Warcraft to explore the recently released expansion, Wrath of the Lich King!

Back in the spring (and a couple of years ago on the defunct NAKOW blog), I would post my adventure updates in the form of a monthly magazine post. To preserve the precious blog space for better content (such as more Anime and Otaku related content, as I’ve promised), I’ve decided to make a separate blog–a Tumblr blog for WoW updates: it shall be called Wrath of the Nak.

The blog is designed for very short posts that many readers of this blog might not find interesting (and maybe to push the virtual currency spammers off to the side). That’s the advantage of using Tumblr: it lets you post certain media items, such as Audio, Photos, and Videos without a lot of work; i.e.: Long, boring text, like this.

The Tumbleblog will be used for sporadic updates (aka “Live Blogging” like on Twitter) while leveling up or during raids. I may use Twitter for this too, but my participation on has been low due to time constraints.

I plan to get Wrath of the Lich King before the end of the week. There’s not much going on at the moment, except I’ll be adding old screenshots of my progression to Level 70. As for the Tumbleblog, I will eventually setup a sub-domain for branding, depending on how things go.
